Our nurse said she'd check up on us 5 minutes after giving us the dose to feed our child, but then forgot about us and then came back way later (at least 20-30 min later) and asked when our child finished his dose because they had not yet started a timer. That seemed a little disorganized to me.

Everyone in your office is so welcoming, patient, and gentle with our son. We feel supported, seen, and that we are in great care

I forgot to bring an item to the appointment and had to run out to a nearby store. The staff was super helpful with watching my child and keeping him occupied while I was out.

The nurse woke up our baby for pulse ox about 45-50 minutes before we saw the physician. It would’ve been ideal to allow our baby to sleep for 45 minutes and do the vitals immediately before we saw the physician.
