All the nurses were kind, caring, and explained the OIT process very well. They made sure I understood the process and answered all my questions. The front desk employee, was welcoming and always a pleasure to speak with.

There is no direct line to call the front desk ! It is extremely inconvenient and I hate being transferred to an automated system and have to leave a message

The staff and clinic are so welcoming and kind. I had a negative experience at my primary provider and felt very understood at Latitude. I felt so at ease and comfortable. I look forward to my next appointment, honestly.

Tina Dominguez is amazing and we love all the nursing staff at San Ramon location.Our only problem with Latitude is not being able to call the San Ramon office directly; the central number is not helpful or easy.
