I’ve already recommended Latitude to numerous friends and family members. Latitude has been the key turning point for us in our daughter’s allergy journey.

The first couple of visits have been great.

Everyone is wonderful. Liz’s detailed explanation of the physiology of the different food allergy reactions and the use of epinephrine was great. I wish it were a video that I could watch again & again and show to other people.

The initial telehealth link didn’t work, I tried to call but got a vm that said someone will call me back in 4 hours. Luckily I was near the Redwood City clinic so I was able to run in and get a new link sent to me. If I wasn’t nearby I’m unsure if I would

we love all our San Ramon Latitude team members! OIT can be an anxiety-inducing process for both parents and kids and they treat us unfailingly with warmth and reassurance, always going the extra mile to explain, offer a snack, or take their time with our 4 year old

I had to ask if the timer had gone off as we were there past the window noted. Also some minor hiccups with admin, but seems like there are a lot of new people still learning.

Both the nurses are incredibly empathetic and create a warm environment for a difficult situation. Tina is very knowledgeable and approachable to help us understand the overall treatment approach. Carina at the front desk is super helpful and goes above and beyond to help us figure out the best days and times.The environment in the San Ramon office is one that makes it enjoyable to go to. We can stay in our private room with views of trees if we want or we can go to the community area and lounge with others. It’s a relaxing place considering the difficult shots my son has to take along with the updose.Amazing staff, amazing environment. So grateful for this on top of the treatment options to help with the allergies.
