Karren and I appreciate how quickly you respond to our maintenance requests. The personnel you hire to come out here to do the work are also very pleasant to interact with.

Move in was great. Laurel Properties have been easy to communicate with and very friendly. The only drawback we had was miscommunication with the owners about taking care of the lawn. One of the leasing agents mentioned the owners were going to have someone come by and instead they showed up in person without any notice. Not a huge deal but definitely not a professional move. Still have not heard any resolution about the lawn.

Water heater broke and Laurel Property was prompt with a plumber to put in a new water heater.

Laurel has helped my family a lot with finding a place to live while I was overseas. They are always nice and easy to work with.

Laurel property has been the best property management company I have had the pleasure of renting from. Any issue we have had has been addressed promptly and completely. Rent is priced fairly and everyone I have communicated with has not only been professional but also kind.

I was extremely impressed and grateful for how easy this company was to communicate with when it came to needing move-in instructions then having plumbing issues. They were really attentive and helpful when I needed clarification on my move-in codes, and Crystal especially was nothing but quick to respond and on top of all of it. Glad to be with this company!
