Provides good service, but has some work to achieve five stars. The response and follow up maintenance requests, one of the biggest value adds for a tenant, is approx. three star experience at this time. Delayed in response and poor follow up on all recent maintenance requests.

Everything with Laurel has been pretty good, from ease of connecting, to response time, etc. Maintenance requests were taken care of right away. I did, however, feel misled on certain aspects of my unit, and also moved into the unit when it was not move in ready. This caused anxiety in the beginning, but they have slowly mended the relationship since then.
