Such a great company! When my husband and I were in a tough situation and needed to move quickly we were beyond accommodated! I recommend finding a home with laurel property services to anyone I know looking for a new place.

We had a screen door installed. That went well and door looks great. The exterminator was very professional and has a plan to keep the yucky critters away.

The entire process from key pickup to the app for noting property condition at move-in was easy to follow. Communication with Laurel has been great and made the move much easier for our busy family!

This property management company is really on top of it! I've had a maintenance request and a general question that was addressed and handled the same business day! Coming from a company that took literally weeks to respond, Laurel is a breath of fresh air.

The work done on the garage door is solid and very nicely done, thank you! I also appreciate the quick response and clear communication as to the time line for the repairs.

Relatively good service but slow response. could use some work on managing expectations. I put in two work requests and it took two weeks to get a response and work orders completed.
