Everyone is always so nice and every time there’s a little issue in the apartment maintenance comes right out to fix it.

I was disappointed that in the contract it says all lawn care is provided for, but for some reason it ended last October and myself and my neighbor have been doing it so it would be horrifically tall by June the following year. Someone comes now, they started in September. I was promised compensation for the year but still have not received anything.

Other than the yard service Whitehall I’d not kept up, everything else is great.
