Rogers was right on the request. He found a perfect temporary solution which had proven incredibly helpful.

The problem was a backed-up sink and a leak in the old pipe under the sink.Roger checked what needed to be done. He pulled the pipes apart and replaced some of the parts.He asked the office to send the plumber.At the office Malek communicated with me through every step of the project.Even on July 1st the plumber showed up and did the necessary work.As he needed to reach inside the wall he had to drill through the concrete wall..Now, all the parts are new and work perfectly.The plumber then called the painter to fix the wall under the sink.The painter arrived even on July 1st!!!He brought with him the required drywall and plaster,He fixed the hole and plastered it then came the next day to paint it.Both plumber and painter did a terrific and professional job!I am very pleased with the outcome.

L’entretien des corridors et les salles de chute à déchets pourraient être beaucoup mieux fait et plus souvent.De plus , le nettoyage du stationnement B2 n’a pas été satisfaisant le printemps dernier.Il en aurait fallu un deuxième pour nettoyer à fond.Nous lavons nos voitures et , 24 h après, elles sont couvertes de particules sablonneuses.La politesse de madame Malac au bureau est très appréciée. People not respecting rules for animals in building and using regular elevators instead of freight elevator…. Plus the buildings hallways on each floor very dull and needs modernizing I.e. new rugs and lighting and repainting or paper…..not what one would expect for an upscale apartment….employees very polite and try to be accommodating to tenants…..

The move-in experience was good, but it seems there may not have been a complete check of the apartment before I moved in.However, the service after has been thorough in terms of sending a technician to fix the issues quickly.The team has been great!

The service was not performed.We have not had proper AC since we moved -in in June.

Roger is excellent… quick, efficient… the concern I have is that I was not notified when he would come… nor was I given a work sheet number for further reference… but Roger did the best he could with what he had in inventory and he ordered a part so he could complete the job….
