Despite being offered in writing the rental of a 3-bedroom unitin May 2025, (I can provide a photocopy if you wish), despite having left telephone messages 1 to 2 to times every month for almost a year, I have not heard from the rental agent until recently. (Cont'd.)A week or so ago ,I was informed there is now a 13-client waiting list for 3-bedroom units. Does a previous offer in writing not preclude later requests after waiting for almost a year?I was never able to get a reply from the rental offer of a 3 bedroom apt. in May 2025,

I enjoy the quietness of the building and the pleasant tenants. And Minto seems to take good care of the building. Security is very good, as well. And the staff at the front desk are excellent.

The filth, interior hall way windows have never been cleaned, Crystal clear sound from bathroom vents coming from other apartments, tacky seasonal décor added in lobby purchased at dollar store. Access blocked at entry by résidents having coffee klatches with walkers etc. When did the library become a cocktail bar ? B2 garage access with heavy bagage by elevator or valet not available when needed only designated hours. Staff paid to work smoking at front doors. Outdated gym. Rent increases while contracters are making repairs that needed to be done 20 years ago. Lying about the hours of construction. 6:00 am wake up from construction workers who we are advised are starting @ 8:00 am. Some of the rudest management I have ever encountered.

Hallways lighting quite dark and am patiently waiting for hallways to be modernized and rugs updated to today’s standards….all employees very nice and polite….some are awesome….very special

While repairs and maintenance are needed on an ongoing basis, which we fully appreciate, as it happens we did not have access to the service elevator in the week prior to our full move-in, during which time we were moving items ourselves, load by load, not did we have access to the service elevator on the day of our full move. This increased the time needed for our move and therefore our costs. Not to mention the additional physical labour required as we moved items ourselves. In addition, our washer/dryer is not functioning properly requiring a repair visit. We appreciate that the hard-working staff replied to our request without undue delay, and a visit by maintenance is arranged, but we would have expected that the appliances would be in perfect order upon move-in, as we received a welcome e-mail specifically stating that all was ready for us. There were a couple of other minor issues, already dealt with. So in short, we would suggest that you fully ensure that all is in readiness for new tenants, including whether the appliances are indeed working as they should, so new tenants can concentrate on moving in and setting up, not dealing with problems on Day 1. All that said, we appreciate the hard-working staff and look forward to our future here once all has been properly dealt with. Thank you.

All staff I have encountered so far have been welcoming and pleasant.One glitch though. Water pressure in kitchen sink and showers os inadequateAs well, water in shower tepid, does not get hot enough. Requested plumber onMoving day. So far appointment made , postponed to next week, then person cameat the exact time I had told them was inconvenient. He said he would return a bit later…no show!oT
