Overall, I had a positive move-in experience, and I would especially like to recognize the maintenance team. The staff who installed the portable air conditioner and repaired my door were professional, efficient, and very helpful. Their excellent service made the move-in process much smoother, and I truly appreciate their efforts.As a suggestion for improvement, I hope future apartment designs will include at least one electrical outlet in the bathroom and more outlets in the kitchen, as the current setup is quite inconvenient for daily use. In addition, my bedroom is located next to the garbage room, and the noise from people disposing of trash is very noticeable, especially at night. This has negatively affected my living experience. I hope these points can be considered to improve the comfort of future residents.

More transparency in rental rates. Renovated and non renovated units. Garage markup at rent renewal is exorbitant as present rentals of garage soace is 275$ whereas as a lesser I am paying 299$. Unfair practices prevalent at 4300.

This apartment complex should try a bit harder to please the tenants. I find that people at the front desk and in the office know very little about managing anything, much less helping a tenant. I would move out tomorrow if I could.

The painter was excellent!

This is has been going on since May 14th 2026.Nothing has been corrected.I have been patient until the last week.Now I am upset because it has been going on for far too long.This is not service as anticipated.Plumber was here three times and told me I have a problem.That's it.

I have been living here over 30 years. My air conditioned apartment was perfect when I moved in. But it hasn’t been working properly in years. Finally. I have air conditioning, the plumber came. Saw the problem. And now I have an air conditioned apartment. he is supposed to come back this week to finish. VERY HAPPY

Would love to see all floor hallways lighting, walls and carpets redone….appearance right now is very outdated and dingy….

Quality of work done prior to my move in on April 1st, was poor. Repairs still need to be completed.Lovely staff to deal with. They are doing their best.
