J’ai adoré habiter au 4300. Les gens sont gentils et c’est toujours propre.Gros coup de cœur pour les gens qui travaillent à l’entrée (David, Anastasia, Bashaw et les autres employés +++). Je trouve le service très rapide quand on demande de l’aide avec le concierge. Certaines personnes dans le bureau sont vraiment super professionnelles et gentilles. Tatiana pourrait soit recevoir de l’aide si elle en a besoin, soit répondre plus rapidement et être constante dans son service, ce n’est pas facile de faire affaire avec elle.

This is a good building to live in. There are many attributes. But there are also negatives - regular water shutdowns, dingy hallways, slow maintenance.

The hallways are outdated, the carpets old and need changing, the lighting is poor.Hanoi is amazing, always willing to help, most capable and professional. Anastasia tends to always be looking at the computer screen. Not sure if this is necessary, more attention should be paid to who is entering the building.

Outdated hallways tiles and carpeting , constant water shutdowns , constant renovations. Horrible security at front and garage door always open . Revolving door of move in move out of tenants creating inconvenience for service elevator and other elements. The list is endless, poor management of a potentially great property.

3 bedroom missing a walk in shower. For seniors this becomes problematic.. Halls are dark and dingy. Carpet going down to garage has a huge oil? Stain going down to B1 garage.Automatic door stand going out of B1 parking has been loose for months. The mice problemnot happy about. Fortunately only 1 mouse so far.

The apartment is spacious, bright and newly renovated. We are very pleased with it. The front desk people and maintenance staff are very helpful and friendly, especially the weekend staff. The office staff however were much less friendly or helpful when we asked for help.

Despite being offered in writing the rental of a 3-bedroom unitin May 2025, (I can provide a photocopy if you wish), despite having left telephone messages 1 to 2 to times every month for almost a year, I have not heard from the rental agent until recently. Does a previous offer in writing not preclude later requests after waiting for almost a year?I was never able to get a reply from the rental offer of a 3 bedroom apt. in May 2025,

I enjoy the quietness of the building and the pleasant tenants. And Minto seems to take good care of the building. Security is very good, as well. And the staff at the front desk are excellent.
