I really think you should re-think this apartment building. It isn't working properly. The laundry room is a disgrace, and should be fixed. The apartments have too much dust. The washing machine and dryer, and the dishwasher aren't working. The apartment is a disgrace. I don't want to pay this much for something that isn't working.

I wish people would do what they say they will do. I find the whole thing very unpalatable.I have noise coming from the apartment upstairs,but no one answers my requests.I think the whole staff needs to be instructed about how to treat tenants.They are very rude.

Very responsive to requests especially Hanoi. He is a definite asset to the 4300.Front desk during the day aren’t always checking who is walking into the building.

I requested support from the team (Tatiana Boroday) to help me explore potential options for moving to a more spacious apartment within the LE4300 building. However, she has been largely unresponsive to my requests. This was also the case when I first started the leasing process—it was extremely difficult to reach her. I do not understand the reason for this lack of communication.

The request for repair was addressed within a reasonable time delay I might add.; however to date no service call has been set. Two elements are working on this new range which should be under warranty. Of concern also is outdated breakers panel / box in a cupboard which must be updated.Thank you
