I’ve been paying rent here for eight years and this unit badly needs new cupboard doors in kitchen( they are particleboard and peel unattractively). The cupboards in all bedrooms must date back decades and are awkward and out-of-date. The management should deal with these sorts of repairs and upgrades.

Hallways need to be renovated!

The staff, front desk, office, maintenance and cleaners are excellent. Always very pleasant and eager to help out. The hallways could stand to be spruced up but not a priority. My only grievance is that we pay a very high rent compared to others in the building. But we love the building, our apartment and the convenience of the location. We’re very happy with the security and the 24 hour service.

I have lived here for 11 years and my initial move in as well as my move in 2022 went very well. My move in February 2026 was a totally different experience. It was very disappointing. I would be happy to share my reasons if you are interested. 514-486-0054

Staff, reception and maintenance services to date has been efficient. My only reservation as regards recommending 4300 to potential lessees is the discrepancy in the rental fees between renovated and non renovated apartments. The garage fees are above market prices and are raised every year.The corridors / hall / lighting need a total makeover as you are well aware.

Hanoi is excellent.

This is regarding the plumbing work for replacing the speedway to the toilet.However, this speedway does not solve the plumbing issues I have in the bathroom:1. the water pressure is very weak in the bathroom.2. if we flush the toilet, this shuts off the cold water to the sink and we end up burning our hands.3. the water in the shower shuts off whenever a tenant below is using their shower or flushing their toilet.4. can the water pressure be increased to a normal level for the 11th floor?
