I requested support from the team (Tatiana Boroday) to help me explore potential options for moving to a more spacious apartment within the LE4300 building. I do not understand the reason for this lack of communication.

The request for repair was addressed within a reasonable time delay I might add.; however to date no service call has been set. Two elements are working on this new range which should be under warranty. Of concern also is outdated breakers panel / box in a cupboard which must be updated.Thank you

Although I had trouble at the beginning when my apartment. Was not ready on time and several.problems arose in the last few months,things have improved

I’ve been paying rent here for eight years and this unit badly needs new cupboard doors in kitchen( they are particleboard and peel unattractively). The cupboards in all bedrooms must date back decades and are awkward and out-of-date. The management should deal with these sorts of repairs and upgrades.
