No control over heat on the West side. It is intolerableThe apt gets way too hot in the winter.

I’m very happy with the concierge & valet people, especially David, Bashar & Dora. The staff are what make living here so comfortable. Roger is very helpful.

Vieil immeuble qui nécessite un entretien exhaustif planifié et qui malheureusement est géré à la "avance comme je te pousse" ; de plus, le personel de la location (qui agit au nom de l'administration, laquelle est située ailleurs dans la bâtisse) répond à peine aux besoins des locataires ; ils font de leur mieux, avec les effectifs qu'ils ont, mais ce n'est pas à la hauteur d'un édifice du genre ; de plus, la clientèle est vieillissante et certains locataires sont nettement dépassés (Alzheimer ou autres déficiences physiques/intellectuelles) ; alors quand il y a déclenchement de alarme-incendie, on s'imagine toujours le pire ; et ladite "Association des locataires du 4300" est une façade qui protège plus les intérêts du propriétaire que ceux des locataires ; j'aimerais les voir négocier entre deux cafés (ou deux cognacs?)...

I think the whole deal is bad. There are so many things that are wrong with this building, it isn't funny. I asked for a small step-ladder, because I have to climb on things to get my clothing from the washers and dryers, and I was told "Buy your own," that's something, isn't it. I'm supposed to take a laundry basket and a stool down to the basement - and the elevator is often being occupied with workers and movers. It's not kosher, and it's not fair. I'll be very happy to move someplace else.

Have to get the fire alarms under better control.Last week's middle of the night alarm was a disaster. Elevators did not shut down, fire trucks took 23 to 25 minutes to arrive, there was never an all clear announcement. Most residents do not leave their apartments because we have had so many many false alarms.

Find the people at front desk are not very professional and not very efficientand some of them don’t have command of English language.

The new electrician does excellent work….his name Rodger

The building manager is very rude and does not treat the tenants respectfully.
