Présent Conditions and rent increase for a non renovated apartment. The notice to the tribunal for the rental refusal was never filed by Minto manager. I was informed it was a misunderstanding.Inability to get cooperation from the 4300 Minto manager regarding improvements : when we signed the lease a 250$ monthly increase was added to the base rent so that the 1029 apartment would be equipped with a washer / dryer; new flooring in the kitchen and two bathrooms and new cupboards in the kitchen. The kitchen cupboards were installed without our input and they are an eyesore despite the fact that we were willing to meet anytime at the manager’s convenience.I have requested to transfer to a renovated apartment should the occasion arise and have contacted the rental agent regarding this matter.I have asked the rental agent to provide me with the monthly rent for a renovated two and three bedroom renovated apartment so that I can make a fair comparison but to date no response.My experience with MINTO to date has been negative unfortunately and I truly wish it were otherwise. I still sincerely believe an entente could be reached to benefit us both.

Je renouvellerais le bail. Cependant, Jo nous manque! Tous les travailleurs sont courtois et souriants. Hanoy est très serviable. Le gym est pratique et on s'y sent à l'aise. Nous apprécierions des petites améliorations régulières dans l'appartement de Thérèse. Nous espérons toujours ne plus voir de blattes. Thank God we have found a young lady Reine at the office that responds to our queries otherwise when we first arrived in May it was stressful.

I appreciated the new residents package, I think some additional things can be included : procedure when to use service vs regular elevator, what to do when receiving a large delivery, where to put large boxes recycling, procedure for guest arrival- just general basic “rules” of the building.The unit was/is lovely but when I moved in, most of the repairs I had addressed a month prior had not been completed. It was also dirty with the same dead spiders still on the floor that I had noted on a prior visit. My keys were not ready either after I confirmed 2 times by email that they would be.However, the Minto team have been great in working on completing the list of pending items (and new items along the way) now that I’ve moved in. Front desk staff is lovely and friendly and I appreciate that they ensure the safety of the residents.So far I’m really loving my new home and would definitely recommend le 4300!

Hanoi has been an amazing asset. He has been responsive and so nice whenever something is wrong he comes and fixes it.

I have had wonderful experiences with all the people I have encountered both in the office as well as at the front desk. This also includes the people I have encountered in the hall who are always cheerful, pleasant, and respectful. You have hired and trained your team well!

We have had only good experiences with Leah, Tatiana, Hanoi, Anastasia, Mammud, Dora, and Bachar. They all stand out as being extremely respectful and helpful.

I congratulate the administration, front desk, maintenance and cleaning staff for creating an excellent living experience and community. I commend the entire team for being professional, polite, helpful, responsive, and competent. In particular, I acknowledge Maria, Catherine, Leah and Reine in the main office; Anastasia, Dora, Mahmoud, Joe, Faisal, Thomas, Yiannis and Bashar at the front desk; Hanoi in maintenance and the cleaning staff.
