The problem isn’t fixed yet. the pipe get loose when I use hot water. it doesn’t have proper connection.

Je suis toujours satisfaite de Monsieur Denys … c’est beaucoup plus propre avec Lui … le service dont vous parlez j’imagine que c’est la visite concernant le besoin de nettoyage de l’air climatisé … qui n’a jamais reçu aucun entretien interne depuis l’installation … et moi j’entretiens le nettoyage du filtre et l’extérieur dont j’ai peu d’accès … sauf que l’air qui entre dans mon logement contient des particules de moisissures noires … c’est ce qui me fait m’interroger concernant la qualité de l’air que je respire … ayant des soucis de santé je ne voudrais pas pas être incommodée davantage ! De plus je tiens a vous remercier pour l’amélioration de la qualité des locataires … peut etre y aura t’il plus de respect des lieux … Merci pour l’amélioration de la gestion de la récupération et des déchets … Monsieur Denys est vraiment un gentleman il travaille proprement lui … Merci pour cette amélioration grandement souhaitée depuis de nombreuses années …

We had a great move, but we were flooded 2 days after our move. We were not even living in the apartment. We had problems with the superintendant that did not take our case seriously. All the other employees we spoke to were amazing and welcoming.

This contractor was extremely unreliable and rude

Staff came to see the sink but the problem is still there. The water comes back every time other apts use their washing machine, the foam and dirty water appears in my sink at least 3 times per day.

The 2 new managers and are rude, confrontaltional and agressives! Lies, intrigues, passivity agressivity. Rude, noisy tennants are not adressed. The atmosphere is toxique and we feel insecure. No respect of regulation. Dirty, flies all over still cockeraches in some unit. The prospect of summer and bad behavior will not be adressed properly....

Been waiting 3 weeks to get things fixed and never got them done

The 1st day I took a shower in my new apartment the water wouldn’t drain (ankle deep by the time I finished) and was still that way when I got home. Since the office was closed I went out and bought a bottle of drano. I used the whole bottle and by the morning the water had drained. I took my 2nd shower and the same thing happened. That’s when I emailed the office. They sent the plumber the same afternoon and it has been fine since.
