The bathroom sink was almost clogged. I requested a service at the office. Mirlyne sent Max to my apartment right away. It took less than 5 mins for him to fix the issue. Max has always helped me a lot in this building. I am really thankful to him.

Hello, I am not filling this survey based on the service that I received last week. It is based on the request about the fan-like noise that I hear in my apartment particularly over night. It could be from a broken fan on the roof or the heating system. It us 1:30 a.m. and I can’t sleep because of the noise. It has been like this from the day before repairing the heating system. I have reported it to the office and the maintenance guys, but nothing happened.During the day noisy neighbors and over night broken building systems. Do you really expect me to refer a friend?! I neither can rest in this building nor I can work remotely.
