I am very happy with the service provided to me when problems arose such as TV aerial problems and boiler breakdown. The team dealt with the issues quickly and professionally. I would have given 5 stars except that I find the fees quite expensive.

generally good service. my only disappointment is value for money as I have only rent collection with you where the tenant pays your account and you simply transfer it to my account once a month and your fees for that are £102.60 which feels very strong.

Customer service from meeting the letting agents to speaking with the property management team has been great. There have been a few hiccups (loosing a copy of my passport and pipe leak when first moved in) both were rectified quickly and responsibly which helped a great deal when juggling all the intricacies of moving out of one property and into another. I commend Tracey’s hard work with ensuring all modifications were carried out as efficiently as possible. Thank you!
