A pleasant experience however what needs improving is the referencing company you use, they caused stress for my garuantor and it was very over the top the sorts of information they required, it was a reference to rent a flat, not a mansion, there was no need for that level of investigation by the referencing team, they are also awkward to contact

Leaders are the most efficient Letting Agency, I know. Their back up office / admin. is excellent! Never fail to assist and help. The letting side is not quite the same, much depends on the team. I had excellent experience too!
