Leaders did a great job finding us suitable tenants very quickly. One way to improve would be to have a key contact person once the let was agreed - things did seem to get missed or weren't communicated because several people were involved.

I have been with Leaders for years as a Landlord Throughout that time I have received first class service, both in the Lettings and Management sides. There have been very few void periods thanks to their excellent marketing system and the Management team have been totally reliable in sorting out any problems on my behalf. I am overall very satisfied with the service received from the agency. George- the letting agent is always very helpful and trying to sort out the things in timely manner. The only downside is the smoke in the property which I think comes from the neighbors downstairs. I did notify the agency - but the smoke is still there.
