I'm very happy with the service I got from your team at Leaders. It took a little longer than expected for a different reason but the team did their best to resolve.

I got surprised how everything was so easy. Mainly, the electronic process to sign the contracts and how you handled with the utilities bills setup for the new home.

I have been with the Leaders for over 10 years and I have to say they are one of the most professional agencies in Brighton in my opinion. If anything goes wrong in the flat, they contact with the landlord straightaway and give you an answer really fast. All of my problems were solved 100 %, very impressive, not like other disgusting agencies in Brighton. ie. sparks and sons. Also, their sales teams are delightful and really enthusiastic. My only issue is their fee is higher than other estate agency. Overall, their service is excellent.
