Having now been a tenant in the UK for over 7 years I have used 6 different rental agents and I have found that to date, Leaders are well ahead of their competition. They attentively listened to what I required, arranged viewings, and then set about getting the paperwork in order and in good time. I think Leaders are excellent and would recommend them to any future tenant or landlord.

Leaders Beckenham have been so helpful from initially finding us the property to co-ordinating getting us into the property. Laura Massey has been such a pleasure and very helpful always with all issues even if not under her remit. The issues we seem to find is that the maintenance team from Bromley can be slower to respond and assist in issues. Due to the property being an older one, since we have moved in we have found multiple issues (mostly minor) that need fixing. We understand the landlord must approve all work before it gets carried out but for our one major issue it is now two weeks since this was initially reported and is yet to be resolved although the process is now progressing. Overall, happy with selecting Leaders as estate agents. Went direct through landlord previously and this seems much better.

From the initial meeting to letting our apartment, the service we received from Leaders was second to none. Nothing was a problem, our tenant was secured in 3 days! We were recommended to use Leaders and would have no hesitate in recommending them ourselves.
