I am a remote landlord working overseas which adds a degree of complexity, and they have catered for all of my needs perfectly. They found a great set of new tenants within days of the listing and managed the entire process seamlessly for both me, and my new tenants. This is our first experience with this property agency, the team performed very well overall. After our first property viewing the team identified some specific requirements and only forwarded properties that fitted. The team answered all our questions in good time and settled questions we had which the landlord needed to confirm. There have been a few maintenance issues which were directed promptly to the relevant team. This is an area that concerns us as importance appears to be dependent on how easy it is to resolve.

Having been on the rental market a little while & having joined virtually all the agencies on the High Street my partner & I were getting very disheartened @ the lack of decent properties within our price range. Leaders were the only agents to offer us a wide selection of affordable properties. Not only professional the agents are warm, genuine & personable & I can say re our search they really did go the extra mile.
