Initially we had problems with the toilet, bathroom basin and then the boiler broke down on a very cold weekend. It took a little while to attend to the first two but the service was excellent regarding the boiler once you had discovered that the landlord had a service agreement. My husband was in poor health and needed the heating. Thank you.
