Excellent service from day one, feel that you really care about the landlord but also fair on the tenant. I had used many agents before and moved after 12 months but Leaders have changed our impression of letting agents and we are very happy with the continued service received from the whole team.

This is my first complaint for a long time! When a tenancy ended, somehow you passed my address (rather than yours) to both the energy supplier and council, who both billed me directly for the unoccupied period. These payments are normally made by yourselves of course, and charged on my account. This caused confusion and extra work for both me and Laura at your office, worsened by 1. Incompetence of energy supplier who used estimated meter readings, and 2. Overeagerness of council to refer their unpaid bill to court, meaning that I'm currently looking at £72 court costs. Obviously you should not pass landlord private address at all to service suppliers and council, because you're contracted to handle their bills. You have provided a very good service other than this, and all your staff are a pleasure to work with.
