Generally speaking a good service. Problems have been dealt with quickly and efficiently usually by Kim who is excellent.

Overall good, but less happy since becoming Leaders - more impersonal. Not keen on the automated phone answering system.

Service has been polite and courteous but the agent dealing with our case has changed several times since the beginning of the process which has led to some confusion as to who it is exactly I am dealing with. I still havent recieved our inventory which will now be harder to complete properly as we are already moved in and living in the property with furniture. Charges were high and unfortunately we have moved just before the law has changed which makes these charges the home owners responsibility rather than our own so we have had to pay out for all of them but is just a matter of poor timing. The agency has been positive and friendly when I have dealt with individual members of staff in person but I have felt a little seperated to what is actually going on as we have made our way through the process.

I am extremely happy with the way in which Leaders deal with the manage- ment of my properties. All the staff have a professional approach to their work and quickly deal with any problems which arise. They are caring, approachable and friendly.and have set a very high standard for other Letting Agents to follow.
