I find the office staff at your Bitterne branch very polite and a pleasure to work with.In all we find Leaders a good company.The only problem we have with the account is they are unable to put the name of the property next to the payment on the account as other people do.

I am a long term landlord with Leaders and they have always given me excellent service and never given me reason to complain.

We've had great service from the letting agents alone, always here to take calls and answer questions. Problems seem to come when property management and the landlord come into it. We've had a few problems that we identified asap, but haven't been fixed and various people have come out to 'look' at the problems. Nothing ever gets done though.

We have been so far very satisfied with our contact with Leaders. We felt the team at the branch and especially the first contact we met at the first house we view. Our only reservation was about the way my wife was chased to provide a residence permit although i have given mine. We are aware that you are also under intensed presure from the government however, it felt as if you were doing the work for the imigration service. I think your renewal fee is also very reasonable. Generally happy with the service we have received from Leaders.
