Excellent service

We used their letting services for us to start renting a new home. The office was professional, organised and quick to respond to all enquiries. My only criticism is ofthe Company itself which bombards you with emails and other junk trying to force you to take services (utilities, insurance etc.) with their 'recommended' partners.

The Bitterne office have always been extremely helpful and kept us as landlords up to date with feedback from viewings and any necessary feedback on existing tenants. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, the staff are friendly and approachable and their pro-active approach is second to none. Thank you Bitterne office

A very efficient service with good communication, electronic signing of documents making the process easy. Sensible fees. Missed getting 5 stars as property was not cleaned before moving in.
