Whilst service is great harsh rises in admin and extension fees do make me angry.Leaders income rises every time the rents rise. The extra costs of the fees seems to me to be greed driven and increases your percentage whilst my rise in income is limited to the rent I receive and nothing else.

I find Leaders Bognor branch team prompt and professional in their approach in finding tenants swiftly as and when requ' , conducting all viewings themselves - very prompt too in dealing with queries raised by either the landlord or tenant during the tenancy period - always happy to recommend Leaders !

After my partner had rented a property in Surbiton with Leaders, I had no hesitation in approaching the local branch here in West Sussex after I had purchased a local house, which I wanted to rent. During the preparation period prior to tenants moving in Leaders assisted me with surveys and rectifying maintenance problems etc. and have found me tenants that, so far, are acceptable.
