Sales staff friendly Admin too structured, formal and inhuman

Thank you Leaders for finding me tenants in such a short period of time, for dealing with all my problems and concerns so smoothly. I was recommended to use Leaders by my partner, who used Leaders to rent out out her Surrey property and I am very pleased she did.

Generally good service but the office is slow to let me know what is going on when there are problems or changes. More often than not I have had to contact the office for information when the office should have contacted me.

I am very pleased with the service I have received from yourselves. This was the first time I have rented a property and everything has gone very well right from the outset when I popped into your office for a chat about the options available to me. At each stage of the process I was kept updated with progress and all documentation received has been clear and informative. A minor issue a week after moving in (extractor fan) was resolved within a couple days which was reassuring. Thank you!

I have used Leaders for some time and recently it has improved. The staff are friendly and efficient.

Ideally Leaders would be more proactive - I'm trying to get my insurers (Letrisks) to pay up and they are refusing because I didn't apply early enough in what proved to be a prolonged struggle to get rid of the tenant. This was hidden in the small print of the original document. Leaders probably knew about time restrictions and it would have been useful if they'd reminded me.
