Overall experience: very good Knowledgeable staff efficient, specially Bognor Regis office.

Kerri and Simon were very helpful and informative about the process. Property and landlady are very good. Was a introduction only property which i wasn't informed about straight away. Fees were a bit higher than other companies.

I am very pleased with the property management services I have received so far. However, I am also in the process of buying another property through Leaders and feel more could be done by Leaders to bring the matter to a satisfactory conclusion in a more timely manner. I would still highly recommend Leaders

The service is generally good. I have, however, become disturbed by the frequent changes of staff recently; which have meant that certain tasks have had to be repeatedly discussed, that incorrect quotations have been repeatedly obtained and repairs etc. thus delayed. As a suggestion, I would appreciate receiving more details of the condition of the properties, including the state of the gardens, within the regular inspection reports.
