So far we have no complaints. Rent is paid on time which is pleasing. The only thing I would like is more info on any visits that have been made to the tenant and the outcome. Thank you

I was very impressed with the service received from John (I think surname Roache), he is extremely efficient, knowledgeable, polite and not at all pushy (which I have sometimes experienced from letting agents in the past). Top marks for John, I hope your your service continues to be as good as John as the tenancy runs over the year.

Having had a bad experience with a previous property with you I was at first reluctant to use you again. That was because the landlord ignored every issue raised and nothing ever got sorted. You say that I have been letting my property through you for a few months now. I suggest you study your records. I have let my flat continually with Allan and Bath since 1994. I make that more like 500 months!!! Yet you don't even know. I sometimes feel that the old personal care and friendly touch has gone. In the past few years numerous personell have been responsible for my account across several departments whereas everything used to be handled by one person and one department. I must say though that I am very satisfied with my current manager who has been very helpful.

over all everyone has been very helpful and informative. Charlotte Stone has been the most helpful, informative and quick responses to questions. As well resolving issues in the house and tenants issues.

The recent tenancy change was effected vey efficiently. A new tenant was quickly found and the credit checks etc. were carried out well.

I am very pleased with the service i got. they did everything they could to make sure i got the flat i wanted and then even afterwards, they made sure i had settled in. I have had a few issues which they have gotten sorted or are in the process of sorting and i am so happy about the level of service so far! Would definitely recommend this agency to anyone! They are all so friendly and always go out of their way to accommodate you! It has been a smooth process and i couldn't be happier!
