Due to complications with our new property there were some last minute changes regarding end of tenancy dates and notice periods. All of these changes were handled very easily by Leaders with no hassle to us. The checkout was managed by Josh Lewis whom I found to be very professional. Josh moved the process along quickly, keeping me informed throughout, and resulting in what I believe to be a fair outcome for both parties. Throughout our tenancy we have had quick responses when things have needed repairing in the house. I felt the checkout process was unnecessarily stressful and the final report on the house overly cautious and did not truthfully reflect the condition of the house e.g. carpets needed hoovering when the last thing carried out in the house was a professional carpet clean. However, Nicole was always professional and answered my queries quickly.

We have always received excellent and prompt service from Leaders when we have had a problem with our property while they have been our agents. In particular I would like to mention Nicole Mandall who has been friendly and efficient in the last few months since we gave in our notice.

An excellent management company whose staff are knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Regular e mail updates on matters effecting the buy to let market and the property market generally are also much appreciated. Thus an excellent service.
