I had a very positive experience with Matt as the negotiator. He was always available on the phone and when my circumstances did not match the usual criteria, I found him to be extremely flexible and accommodating.

Generally pleased with service although occasionally a speedier response to email queries would have been welcomed. The staff we met at the office were courteous, helpful and very obliging.
