The service so far has been good, but as there have been no problems with the flat so far we do not no how the service is if there is a problem. Hopefully it will be excellent.

Overall I am happy and pleased with the service. My only concerns relate to the property maintenance where I have encountered issues and in fact one very recently which is yet to be resolved. Other than that I am happy.

Very pleasant and experienced staff providing a traditional service. They have a good knowledge of the market and generally find good tenants within reasonable timescales. In my experience, the (in-house) Rent Guarantee Scheme they offer is the best on the market locally.
