For me, the main reason I originally chose Leaders is because of your "Allan & Bath" Rental Guarantee Policy which seems far better than those offered by your competitors, even if it is more expensive. I haven't previously been happy with some of the expensive maintenance contractors you recommended, or the lack of choice that you offer. However, since then, I have now established really good relationships and understanding with both Darren on Lettings and Elaine on Property Management. I really like dealing with both of them and that is the main reason that I have asked them to let out 3 more properties that I have just purchased.
