Apart from your accounts department sending my statements by mail (to Thailand) rather than by e-mail, everything seems to be fine. This problem has now been rectified. I am a bit worried that the tax office situation has not been sorted out. I wrote to them a couple of months ago, but your office is still holding money for them which, if passed on, I will have to claim back. I don't know if you have heard from the tax office since, or if there is anything I can do from this end, but would be pleased to have your feedback if you have any news.
