This is our second tenancy with Leaders at this property and, after the disaster of the first tenancy, we hope to have good tenants this time. We have found the staff at the Bournemouth branch to be very professional and willing to assist us. We have had an especially annoying time recently with the utility companies and Leaders have kept persisting to get this resolved. We have just had an inspection and found the member of staff attending to be very pleasant but, as she had not seen the property before the tenants moved in, I fail to see how she could make a true assessment. Fortunately, we also attended so could decided if we were happy - which we were. We believe that all staff in the property management department should always see the properties in their portfolio before tenants move in.

I would say your office is very professional and thorough. Although, I was beginning to get weary of the procedure but allowed myself to go through the necessary checks required. The officers that attended to me were very supportive and they do update me at every step. the accommodation is good and am settling down. The maintenance unit have been great too by attending to all my quest as I get accustomed to all the gadgets in the house.

Fantastic service from the initial phone call to arrange a viewing through to the signing of the contract and hand over of the keys. Definitely the best estate agents I have used during 10+ years of renting. Highly recommended.

Abi was very approachable, friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. She was happy to take us around the property several times and gave us plenty of time to see it. She didn't put pressure on us after we had seen the house. Throughout the process, she has been very helpful - providing reliable recommendations based on her experience, and she responds quickly to queries. David was great at making sure all the repairs were done before we moved in, and stepped in when Abi was away. Thank you!
