I am frequently abroad and despite having made numerous requests to have a mobile to text responses to you I have not been provided with one. A couple of years ago Lettings sent a text to me informing me of a problem and used a normal phone consequently I was unable to text back and it took me two days of my holiday to find an internet café to email a response.
