We have also found your staff to be friendly as well as polite and helpful which is a major reason we have always used your company when we have moved.

Having had to look for a property to lent for quite long time in different agencies, I was negatively surprised by the fact that some agencies are not honest and know little of managing the estate business. But in terms of Allan and Bath, the situation was entirely different in their well treatment and their expertise in running the business.

I found the staff at Allan & bath (Bournemouth) to be extremely helpful and hard working to ensure all my requirements were met and managed effectively. John Rogue was wonderful, polite, pleasant and promoted good positive communication. He was always very active with emails and phone calls to update me on stages of the process of the rental property. Since moving into the property I have called the maintenance team ( mainly due to my own stupidity and not the property) and I have found the team to be fully explanative and helpful, showing me how to work appliances and equipment in the home which I thought was not working!. The only nagging part is the constant email which I receive at least 3 times a eek reminding me of utility bills despite already responding to the email and sorting out my bills.

I am very satisfied with the customer service towards me. All contractors; your representatives for routine landlord inspections without exception have been polite, informative and helpful. I am grateful for all the consideration given towards me due to my age and disabilities. What I would ask is that any call made to your office by myself the(tenant) is accepted & clarification needed be obtained from my NOK's (3x daughters) alphabetically.Due to distance to travel to be at my home for any of these visits. I would be grateful "if on your next inspection" you could possibly look in more detail at my upstairs shower/toilet as it is looking very worn having had plumbing work carried out regularly my concerns are that any leaks will only be seen when they are through my dining room ceiling.

Good service overall. One thing that really irks me though is the constant add-on charges such as the new TDS registration charge in addition to paying 10% commission. It is enough to make me start looking around for cheaper agents.
