I have used this Company for over 20 years, and always found their service to be excellent. Friendly and efficient staff, who usually answer any queries promptly.

Very professional team. Dealt with Allan and Bath on 2 occasions looking for a tenant, never had any reason to complain and would recommend their services.

I contracted for a full service agreement but in hindsight, since the apartment is new and both building and contents under warranty, this was unnecessary... So far Allan and Bath have not been required to take much action so it's hard to comment however, we are hoping they will carry out an inspection on the apartment soon as the tenants have been in occupation for 5 months now and it would be helpful to know if all is well?
