I have been very impressed with the service that i have received from Allan and Bath.I have always been kept up to date and whenever i have had an queries or issues they have been dealt with promptly and efficiently.

It was apparent at my initial visit that I was dealing with a highly efficient and professional firm, yet one where the staff still maintained a friendly and helpful attitude. This coupled with a speedy letting, despite stringent conditions within the Head Lease, provided me with an excellent service throughout the whole process.

I recently bought a flat with an incumbent tenant, who was originally found by yourselves for the seller on a fee only basis. The seller recommended yourselves, with my requirements for you to set up a new arrangement with the existing tenant, but on a fully manged basis with a rent guarantee policy. My contact at A&B progressed the entire process on a very smooth basis. What I really liked about him was the fact he kept me informed at the key stages along the way. Therefore, so far, so good!
