Fantastic service, on first contact Russell was enthusastic and reassuring, i was concerned at finding a nice place to live, nothing was too much trouble. Then once I found somewhere Matt was 100% professional and yet very friendly at the same time, not easy to pull off. He explained every stage to me and what to do to ensure a hassle free move. It was a pleasure from start to finish and I'm not an easy guy to please. Thank you, a great team you have there.

I have been cared for by Nicole on an official basis for less than a year but she is meticulous in detail and sorts out all my problems without having to go back time after time with the same query. She is friendly on the phone and.most efficient and, more importantly, can mostly be reached on the same day. I dread the day she leaves. I also must mention Darren and Russell who have been extremely helpful when necessary. However I give a minus mark to the Head Office who I have found to be incompetent and who hide away from clients. If they had been managing my property, I would have looked for another agent since they took over.

No problems...don't really hear from any one...would be nice to have a check in once in a while.

I have always been delighted with the service I have received over the last 25 years. Being an "absent" landlord, working out of the UK for much of the year, the team at Leaders have really gone above and beyond expectation, particularly recently when there was much work to be undertaken at my small property. Those regular correspondents at the office in Bournemouth, will know to whom I refer but the entire team has only the very best interests of clients at heart. It must be a very happy place to work.
