The inventory was slightly inaccurate, otherwise can't complain. The negotiation on the rent to outlay the fees was really appreciated, and everyone kept in touch with me throughout the process prior to getting my keys.

Too much red tape. Not agent's fault, but it makes life much more complicated than in previous years. Continuation fees etc seem a little expensive. Otherwise Leaders are very efficient and seem 'on the ball'
