A very good Estate Agency - professional and genuinely did stay in touch to update me with properties that matched what I had been looking for (unlike so many agencies in the area who make the same promise). The communication vie e-mail is a little bit slow. Every time I send an email with a question I need to wait at least two weeks until I get response. I prefer communicating via email than telephone.

On the whole I've always been pleased with my service, especially when needing a new tenant. But lately I've sent two e mails asking for matters brought up in the property report to be dealt with. I have not received a reply so have no idea whether it's in hand or not. I find that disappointing.
