We wish to praise the sales and letting teams at Leaders in Bournemouth who have offered exceptional service and support in the sale of a property -over and above the normal expectations. They have always been at the end of the phone and have resolved many issues directly with the solicitor rather than concerning us due to my husband's battle with serious illness. We had an issue with our patio doors which had occurred before. Josh Lewis was very helpful and sympathetic. He organised a contractor very quickly, kept me informed and followed up after the job was done to ensure all was OK. He was approachable and friendly and I was very impressed with his customer service.

The service I have received has been great. Very easy to get in contact with just had a bit of a wait for the information to come back down the chain, from landlord to estate agent to tenant. But has been a positive outcome! Very happy tenant.

We had to find a property with very short notice and will did an excellent job of getting us in the house on time not only that but finding a property which exceeds our needs :)
