Overall a very good and smooth running agency. The only issue I've noticed is that repair work/estimates are not scrutinised or understood thoroughly, hence allowing for overcharging.

I've rented two properties through Leaders .. I have found all the staff both at the Marina office ..and western road Extremely helpful and very efficient .. As I mainly deal with the marina office .. I feel I have to say the staff in the office are very welcoming and any problems or quiries I may have are sorted very quickly ..
