I have only used you to find a tenant and set up the payment scheme by the Guarantor, but I am perfectly happy with the way the procedure went. My only comment is that the tenants apparently were worried re the renewal charge after each 6 months, so maybe it wasn't explained clearly enough.

A few issues before tenancy begun regarding my employment details mainly the fault of the reference company , however it was dealt with by the friendly and efficient staff at Bromley office . My 3 month check was carried out by Lisa Payne who came across as bubbly friendly and totally knows her job - very impressed .

The service I received was very good. My only point to make is that I still have the letting sign and it was not picked up so I have to dismantle myself and dispose of which when you dont have a car is a bit tricky.
