We have found Leaders to be very helpful on a personable basis since we moved into our rented property 3 years ago. The one downside we have marked them down on is not always relaying information onto our landlord. We only know this as the landlord visited our property and was concerned by a few safety items we had raised which leaders had known about. We spoke to Leaders yesterday and was advised we would receive a callback which over 24hrs we haven't received. That being said they are alot better than our previous estate agent.
