Very good service. The staff are very helpful and Nikita always responds to my emails promptly. My only issue is the lack of different tenders for work needing doing on my flat (i.e. decorating etc). It is always the same company that gets the work - not great prices and not top quality work.

I am very happy with the service I receive from Leaders my 3flats are managed by Nikita and she is great at keeping me informed and updated on all matters! She emails me regularly with all the information I need and she is always ready with good advice.

I would like to comment of Nikita at Bromley Leaders property management, she was very professional and efficient in handling a problem at one of our properties, the job was flagged straight away, addressed and resolved within 24hours, well done!

I would like to say I’m so great full for what leaders do for me and the women who helps me out Nikita Gibson is so helpful with everything that I need could not ask for a better service from her.
