Leaders team this is really, an excellent team that fully corresponds to the name of company.

We had a very good relationship leading up to the day of the move. Our contact was very helpful, constantly keeping us up to date with everything that needed to be done as we are first time property buyers. The only issue was that the contract stated that we was supposed to pay on a certain day due to are salery being paid in on a certain day but when reading the contract it mentioned a different day. When challenging this we was made to sort this out ourselves rather then have leaders helping us. When speaking with our landlord is was very non plused about it but we was made to stress abit about this when we needed some help on this being first time buyers. Other then that everything else was very good in our relationship with leaders.

Unhappy with the amount of time we had to wait for an engineer to visit about our heating but understand this was more due to the landlord, overall happy with Leaders

A very comprehensive but simple to use portal to obtain all the relevant information via DocuSign. When personal contact was required the staff were always friendly and helpful and the whole process was completed within 8 weeks from starting the process.
