Staff are brilliant!!

Very helpful. Someone always answered the phone promptly. Any problems quickly solved. Knowledgable about local gas fitters , electricity and handymen. Found me suitable tenants almost immediately. Cannot fault them which I must say is a first in my experience with estate agents. Didn't ever feel I was being fobbed off and staff all extremely pleasant.

Having visited a number of other estate agents with the view to renting a property, I was becoming despondent as they never notified me of new properties, never called me and generally showed total disinterest. Having seen some properties on Zoopla, I called Leaders in Bromsgrove and spoke with Hilary. From the very first contact, she was professional and made me feel like an important customer. I'm the sort of 'shopper' who knows what they like when they see it and therefore was not surprised when on the 1st day of viewing Hilary showed me a property that had only been put on the market the day before and I put in an offer. I then had the pleasure of dealing with Jackie who is not only efficient but well equipped to put your mind at rest regarding all the procedures. As a professional for over 40 years in the 5* hotel business, I can recognise quality service when I see it - and it was more than evident with everyone at Leaders Bromsgrove. Well Done!

Good communication from the bromsgrove team at leaders

The process of leasing a house was a lot more complicated than we ever imagined! However I have no doubt it would have been impossible were it not for Leaders agents guiding us through it. This comes at a cost which for first timers like ourselves we deemed expensive, however the house we have rented itself is wonderful and true testament as to the quality of landlords and properties you clearly attract. This therefore has outweighed the costs along with how helpful and courteous everyone at Leaders have been with us in the main. In summary we have been and continue to be very pleased with the house and with Leaders directly.

After 18 years of ownership, I have recently agreed for your Bromsgrove office to manage a second property for me. I would not have done this without the fabulous support of the very lovely Hilary, Jackie, Ryan and Steve. It's people that make the difference and this is a great team. They all deserve a big fat pay rise!
