You provide a totally adequate service of care and attention,when needed. It would be appreciated that you do not rely totally on the internet to communicate with tenants, particularly when requesting the completion of forms and receiving payment of deposits and rent.r

Leaders managed a property for me for a number of years. The staff were always very Pleasant to deal with and straightforward. Statements were easy to read and rental payments were promptly paid and correct. I recently sold the property and the sales team dealing with this for me was superb. Communication throughout the process until completion was first rate. They were very supportive when things didn't always go as smoothly as planned and we got there in the end. I definitely recommend this company, one of the best I have dealt with. 5 Stars are well deserved
